Fee Payment Deadline:
Fees must be paid within the first 10 days of the semester as per notified schedule.
Extension Requests:
Late payments require the Principal’s approval for an extension
Late Fee Fine:
A fine of Rs. 100/day is charged for payments delayed beyond the due date.
Non-Payment Consequences:
Non-payment within two weeks of the extended date results in class restrictions and removal from college.
Full Refund (Before Classes):
Tuition fees and specific charges are fully refunded if withdrawal occurs before classes start.
Partial Refund (Within 15 Days):
50% of tuition fees and all specific charges are refunded for withdrawal within 15 days of classes starting.
Limited Refund (After 15 Days):
Only specific charges are refunded if registration has not been sent to PNC/LUMHS.
