Complaint Submission:

A written complaint against the student is submitted to the Chairperson.

Chance for Defense:

The student is given an opportunity to provide a written explanation

Decision by Committee:

The disciplinary committee evaluates the case and decides bases on collected evidence.

Minor Infractions:

Include absenteeism, plagiarism, rule-breaking, property damage and defamation.

Three written warnings are issued, unresolved cases escalate to major infractions

Major Infractions:

Include theft, ialpractice, misconduct, political involvement, addiction, harassment and other severe offenses.

Penalties for Offenses

– Minor: Written warnings, monetary penalties and statements from parents.

– Major: Exam withholding, freezing the year, program termination or blacklisting.
